I had booked this apartment in good faith, but when I arrived at the location, the experience was absolutely unacceptable: • There were already people inside the apartment when I arrived. • I tried to contact the host immediately, but I received no answer for over 30 minutes. • When she finally replied, she was disrespectful and unhelpful. • She sent me some codes to enter the building, but none of them worked. • I was left waiting outside, with no access, no assistance, and no clear communication. I have screenshots and full proof of my attempts to contact the host, as well as the messages she sent. This has caused me real stress, time lost, and unnecessary trouble. This is not just a bad experience — it is a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for. I ask that Booking.com take responsibility and proceed with a full refund as soon as possible. I had a very pleasant stay at the Toyoko Inn Hotel in Marseille. The room was excellent – clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering great value for the price. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, with high standards of cleanliness clearly upheld across all areas. Breakfast was simple but sufficient – a standard continental selection with fresh items and regularly replenished. Nothing extraordinary, but certainly satisfying to start the day. The hotel has a small bar that remains open until midnight, which was a nice touch for a nightcap or a relaxed drink before bed. Overall, Toyoko Inn Hotel Marseille offers excellent comfort, friendly service, and good amenities at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it for both short and longer stays.

Additionally, the staff were very accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for a long time before check-in.

The large hotel is located about 10 minute walk from Saint Charle railway, bus and metro station. I think parking is available. Kettle and tea/coffee in room. Excellent continental breakfast on ground floor included in price. Lot of food, lots of choice.
